Frillylilly, the actual name of this Lady Elizabeth is 'Robbobeli', a patented name. Lady Elizabeth is a trade designation not a cultivar name. It is All American, see link above. Since it is patented presumably it's not something else renamed. The situation is not as clear with Frankly Scarlet, which appears to be a trademark only with no indication of a real cultivar name. If that's indeed the case it could be anything. If sellers knew how to render plant names correctly it would be easier to figure these things out.
