Devastated! Plumeria buds seem to be drying up.
If you can view the photo clearly all those little leaves at base of inflo have never grown.
Also, stem seems to be somewhat soft in spots. This is the was cutting was sent.
Is there anything more I can do.?
As inflo is withering and looking dry, should I give plant a little water?
Feel like am running a triage center.
