No need for shame. Wear your affliction proudly, as this is the most expeditious way to attract those who also endure the disease, so that they may support you and you them.
Be generous in sharing the aspects of your illness by freely distributing the offending subjects, both in tangeble form and photographs.
Be proud to display your pollen stained clothing (though it is acceptable to wipe the pollen off the tip of your nose...)
Bask in the glorious beauty your symptoms will ultimately bring you. That beauty which only others similarly afflicted can know.
