The cut scapes are not likely to regrow. If they were very young and they were cut above any possible branch points and if they do not dry up after being planted then there is a slight possibility that a new branch might develop with a few buds on a scape.

However, if you plant them as soon as possible in fertile soil and baby (water & fertilizer) them for the rest of the year then it is possible that some of the plants may recover well enough to produce new scapes.
