Cuban buttercup, flowers daily most the year.I can think of lots of yellow, but only truly blue I know is Plumbago, and some hydrangeas. I have blue daze but it doesn't stand out like the large flowers of Plumbago. There is Blue Sky Vine, Thunbergia grandiflora.

Cuban buttercup, can take the heat and sun.
