I make one a month...slice it thin into 28-30 pieces..wrap each in foil and freeze. It lasts almost a month...not if the grandkids find it.

The recipe has never failed. I sometimes put half the batter in the bundt..then lay cinnamon, honey, chocolate, whatever on that layer and fill it the rest of the way with the batter.

I am 63 and made my first last year... There were some overflow messes for sure and a failed chocolate pound..but once I found this recipe I stuck to it. Takes about 20 minutes to shove it together and an hour or so to bake ..but when it is done...it is done for a month and I get a piece or two out of the deal!
Don't squat with yer spurs on!

People try to turn back their "odometers." Not me. I want people to know 'why' I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved
