What is that, a Conophytum maybe? They shrivel up and make new leaves yearly. I don't grow that plant. It could be normal behavior, but I don't know what the normal shriveling season is. Typical advice is to leave the shriveling plants alone until they start renewing with new growth (if that's what it is, actually).
