Wow, that River's Novelty is so awesome!!

So planting my dahlias on 4/15 didn't produce super early blooms. My first bloom came last week and a second plant bloomed a few days ago. Oddly enough, and I hope I'm not jinxing myself here, but the JBs haven't attacked them yet. JBs are hitting some other things pretty heavy so I know they're out there. I was really happy none of them rotted with that 3 week stretch of cool, damp weather in May.
