OH. Here's my sure thing Pie Crust. It is so easy and you probably have all the ingredients in your cupboard. I use it for pies, and add spices like garlic and dill for a savory crust for quiche etc.. Fool proof! Perfect every time! But makes just ONE. Repeat for a top crust or another.

Stir and Roll Pie Crust

1-1/3 C flour
1/3 C oil
3 T. milk
1/2 t. salt
Stir all ingredients together with fork until it forms a ball of dough. Place between two pieces of waxed paper and roll into a circle. Place into pan and flute the edges.
Makes ONE pie crust.
