When they were widening my road I received permission to dig up/rescue some plants; 4 were young Yucca plants and all of them grew just fine. Here is one: Thumb of 2016-06-29/greene/827d76

My neighbor dug up an older Yucca and tossed it to the curb for the city trash pick up...so I took it home and (the following day) I stuck it in the ground. It did not mind one bit and is happily growing.
