We just had a severe thunderstorm come through and it dumped a bit over an inch of rain. The rain was the least of it. The wind was really whipping and lightening was constant. I had several plumeria blown over, even some I had staked, but it looks like only a single, two-tip branch was broken off. All the flowers are a mess though. I had several orchids blow down that were in hanging baskets under trees and there are limbs all over the yard. What a mess.

It sounds like another thunderstorm is getting ready to hit, if the lightening and thunder is any indication.

The reason it's so hard to lose weight when you get up in age is because your body and your fat have become good friends.
