Gurneys Satisfaction is the same one I have from B&D Lilies, on the west side of the house.It was the 3rd year for it but it's only at 6 feet.It might be shadier there.
It seems any lily that grows over 6 feet could be put in that catagory.
Its amazing what marketing will do to sell the tall varieties.
I also have Species regals thet went up to 91 inches.Thumb of 2010-08-12/ge1836/065b97
Satisfaction "tree lily" ha ha ha 6 feet and bleached out with the heat and sun
