Gigi, I am in a little bit different situation. If I had not had that color-break in my Slaughter Pink, I would have no need to contact any of these expert folks. Some folks on here said "Virus - destroy immediately" and that made me worry. After checking with several sources, those in academia and those not, but all experts in their fields of (plant) interest, I feel pretty comfortable that what I had was a "Splash" color change and that it has absolutely nothing to do with a virus. It seems that though this splash situation is not all that common, it is also not uncommon, and follows patterns. The consensus is that this is brought on by stress situations, most likely a combination of high heat and humidity.

You do indeed have a membership fee with PSA, just like you do with AOS.
