Once they are established, they are pretty drought tolerant. When they have finished blooming, cut back the flower stems, but leave the leaves on even after they have died back. You can top dress them with compost and/or add an all purpose fertilizer preferably low in nitrogen.
If they get too crowded, flowering will decline and so they should be divided, normally every 3-4 years in late Autumn. Replant the strongest corms right away.
