Yes, as long as the stems do not break when you bend them, and as long as all the flowers do not fall off while you are making your wand. Some flowers falling off is normal. If the stems are brittle, you might try "squashing" the stem a little at the bend point with the flat part of a spoon before bending it. Post a photo if you make a wand! Rolling my eyes.
