Wow Weee how about that, I got me a real plant and not a weed. Hurray!
Is a Columbine considered a wildflower?
If not I'll call mine a volunteer, you know, one of those that a seed blows into your yard and plants itself.
*I think that's what it’s called.* Confused
I looked through the Columbine data base section and came up w/ this.
Clematis-Flowered Columbine (Aquilegia vulgaris 'Black Barlow')
Do you gals think that I guessed correctly?
IE: Attracts Hummingbirds; So does the flower in my profile picture which is also growing in my yard though I don’t know the name of it or what kind of flower it is.
A friend of mine captured these 2 beauties via celly telly when she was visiting.
Thanks for your responses and for the info ladies!!! Green Grin!
Have a great evening!
Shaw
