Welcome! caraganas are prone to powdery mildew as Daisy noted but since your leaves are turning black I'm wondering if they have sooty mold, especially since it has been wet (powdery mildew likes dry weather).. Is there a tree overhanging these plants and which might have a insect pests such as aphids?
