Hello @Wallflower there are several things that come to mind, 1)dig up the plant and amend the soil where it is located now and replant it, 2) dig it up and transplant to a large pot with new soil until it is back healthy. If you plan to try and grow it in the current location then that soil needs to be amended and the healthy plant can be replanted from the pot.
