I said, "Supposedly..." I had read on several different sites that they are not foliar-fed. I am puzzled too as to why Adeniums are not fed regular fertilizer through their leaves, yet foliar spraying of certain micronutrients is recommended. I was hoping someone would enlighten.
Magnesium is a vitamin...for humans as well as plants. But the word vitamin is not generally used in connection with fertilizers for plants. I'll refrain from using the word so as not to confuse.
