If they aren't even still selling them, I am sure that they are not about to register them (registrations cost $).
I suppose you could make the inquiry, and express your disappointment that they apparently sold you unregistered plants, and were potentially creating confusion etc. etc. Maybe they are (or were) totally clueless. I just looked at their website and the only 3 daylilies that are on there, are all registered ones, so maybe they have amended their ways. (Whether or not those daylilies have been tissue cultured is another matter...)
