So you are saying that if someone (bidder A) is targeting another bidder (bidder B) simply because that bidder (B) bid against them (A) on an auction item they both wanted, bidder A can intimidate bidder B (or any other bidder) and run them off by going after and winning ALL auctions that the target bidder (B) is bidding on? So basically, the offending party eventually runs the show, keeps others from bidding against them (thus keeping the price of the auctions they bid on lower), and all other bidders eventually quit the auction because they get tired of being targeted and unable to win any auctions?

Obviously the offending bidder (A) has money to do that. Whereas, many other bidders may not. So the offending bidder always wins? I don't know about anyone else here, but that would discourage me from using the LA or any other auction site where that might be going on. To me that is retaliation against ANY BIDDER bidding against bidder A (who has the money to dominate the auction site).
What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters, compared to what lies within us.
