Ditch the ice cubes! Not a recommended way to water. I don't use anything colder than lukewarm water. Here is what is recommended by the American Orchid Society. http://www.aosforum.org/educat...

Also if all the flowers are gone, it may rebloom if the spike stays green. I leave 2 nodes on the spike and clip above that in case it will rebloom. As far as the yellow leaves, I would check the health of the roots, but if this is more than you can handle, I'd let them completely dry out and then remove them without tearing the plant (they should come off easily).
