No time for pics today, but single blooms on 'Gadsden Icicle' and the reblooming 'Beautiful Edgings' and 'Four Eyes'.

The scant bloom at the end of the season is precious, and all the more enjoyable both for its scarcity and also for not having to deadhead scores if not hundreds of blooms. As previously mentioned, though, you may have to carefully select your late (re)bloomers so they can handle the rigor of the end of the season, temperature-wise. It doesn't matter if something (re)blooms late, if the blooms can't handle cool weather and open properly.
Evaluating an iris seedling, hopefully for rebloom
