@bwv998, if you do nothing more, please convince yourself to get out of the habit of watering your plants, and particularly your succulents, on a regular schedule. When the top (full) 1" of potting media is dry, water the plants and do so thoroughly. You want to see plenty of water flowing out the drainage holes. What are the specific conditions you are growing this particular plant in?
