Please, I have a question about the Water Spinach. I have seen two different types of leaves. Some leaves are narrow as in our database photo and in the photos posted by tinng321 :

Is it two different varieties? Or are the narrow leaves younger and the wide leaves older? And if both types of leaves are on the same plant, which ones taste better?
