My son did some checking for me. Navy base has a sale on the following:

Toshiba touchscreen $369
Hp $379
ASUS $399
$50 extra to buy replacement option on any in case of breakage.

Son recommends the ASUS.

Mac costs $1,989

I'll probably go with ASUS.
