The smallest daylily I have-as far as height-is Eenie Allegro. I really like the look of it, but after it blooms, the plant almost goes dormant. As far as smallest flower, Little Bumble bee isn't a registered variety, but it has tiny blooms that are well above the foliage. Really very cute. Probably you can search for "Little" "Eenie", "Mini" etc & come up with several. Little Bee is another tiny one, really too small I think.
