I have no idea how to work one of those, but I'm sure someone who does will pop by & try to help soon if they see your question, if they see it. Because we're kind of having a side-bar inside the topic of another discussion, your questions about uploading & about what kind of plant you have might be overlooked.
If you start a new discussion in the ID section, you should be able to get help with both questions, and when asking in that section, you can mark the discussion as solved when you've decided you know the ID of your mystery plant. Best luck with both!
