Wow, Karen. I hope that cramp resolves itself soon. Are you potassium levels good? They can sometimes cause problems if they aren't. And were you doing anything you aren't used to doing? I've been known to get cramps like that when I visit my daughter in Vancouver where it is hilly, if I take the hill too fast w/o proper stretching.
