If you look up Verbascum chaixii album in the Database, you will see some images similar to your photo.
I just tried to transfer a photo of mine from there, but it got mixed up with an Echinacea Green Jewel photo that I had just put into the Database.
Not sure how that happened!
Anyhow, I think you will find that to be your plant.
