I also feed after they bloom. I use Bulbtone.
I feed all tyhe bulbs then,tulips included.
I feed Lilies and tulips in spring when they first emerge. Later I drench lilies including iris with Imidicloprid to kill Red Lily Beetle and Iris borer.
