The cpu is overheating. Over time, the thermal paste will dry out. Open up your laptop, take out the cpu, clean the surface and remove the old paste with alcohol wipe, apply new paste and put your laptop back together.

*** when you put the cpu back into the socket make sure the little triangle on the cpu lineups with the triangle on the socket or else you could bend or break those little pins.
