It is similar to alyssum but if you compare close-up pictures of alyssum with the above, the alyssum petals are shorter and more rounded and the flower not as "open". Aspen implied it is all the same plant - what often happens is that the basal leaves of a plant are different from those on a flowering stem, the latter being smaller and narrower. I think that's the case here.
