I went to the gym and did my normal exercises but only for about 40 minutes. After that I went to an hour long yoga class. I'd never done yoga before and can't possibly do some of the stuff, and never will, but it was OK. My gym is offering this course as a once-a-week class taught by an outside instructor, which costs an extra $30/ month. She's offering two free classes this month for anyone who just wants to try, so I went. I'm not sure I'll actually sign up for it (membership is already expensive) but I'm thinking about it.
