mibus2: I never heard of using food color to change coloring on the edges of the peonies. Do you have any pictures of before and after. Is there a special trick, such as waiting till the buds have fully opened or adding the food color to a newly cut stem with closed buds?

Here is a couple more of some of the peonies I am growing. Sorry I do not get back here as often as I should. Busy learning a lot about growing iris and such. From top to bottom: Peppermint Pattie, Sarah Bernhardt, Crinkled Linens, unknown, Circus Circus. Thanks everyone. Enjoy
