'Winning Note' for overall performance (minus the rust) and color, followed by 'Sun Silk' (not as good a performer, but every bloom a beauty that opened well). I have other Maryott cultivars, but these two have been the best in my garden.

I made some crosses on 'Winning Note' this season, with pollen from rust resistant cultivars. I don't know where I'm going to find the room to plant any seedlings, but I want to see them! ('Sun Silk' was pod difficult - I forget, but at most I got one pod from it. The pollen was useful, however.)
Evaluating an iris seedling, hopefully for rebloom
