Barbalee - I read the recent posts about it and that is why I put it on my bonus plant wish list from Maryott's.
The first 3 that I actually ordered were cultivars I have been wanting for over a year. (I have a short wish list.) The prices were very good with Maryott's sale. I decided it was now or never. I had not planned at all to purchase anymore plants. But Maryott's going out of business sale was just too good!
I have a few more cultivars coming from some wonderfully generous members here and that will probably be the last of newly acquired cultivars for this year. I was really not expecting to add much to my garden at all this year except seedlings. So I am very surprised and delighted to have been able to add some more wonderful cultivars (of which most were shared with me by folks here on this forum). This has really brightened a somewhat stressful and challenging year. I do believe gardening is good therapy for stress! And having pretty daylily blooms to enjoy is the icing on the cake!!!!
So again, THANKS to everyone who has shared some of their gorgeous cultivars with me. They are all doing well and I hope to see blooms on all of them next year!
