I really don't pay much attention to the Commerative stamp sets. Are there others you are looking for? I would be happy to check the local Post Office for you, just let me know.
I hate to get started on my opinion of the USPS! The whole system needs an overhaul...the people sending junk mail need to pay more! That would increase the profits and cut down on the number of employees needed to deliver paper wasting garbage all at the same time.
Something I found out awhile back that has reduced my amount of junk mail...most of the junk mail offers you receive are mailed out for practically nothing (compared to what we have to pay to send a letter); they pay more when you send back their "offer" back in the postage paid envelope. I stick all of their crap back in the postage paid envelope and send it back, it doesn't take long for them to remove you from the mailing list!
