Look at the stalks that have the berries.
As already mentioned above Cotoneaster franchetii have berries on very short stalks. see...

There are hundreds of Cotoneaster ...many are hybrids.
It is rather hard to be sure which one it is.

Many are huge shrubs...some make small/medium trees.
