Not sure I understand - the plant in the picture is an Alstroemeria which is not a lily or are you adding that daylilies (also not true lilies) are toxic to cats? There's a lot of debate about the latter, many people feel it is a case of misidentifying daylilies as lilies because their own cats eat daylilies without getting ill.
