Just a note here as a former floral designer and not as a cat expert -
We were warned that the Alstroemeria can cause skin irritation in some people. That being said, if a cat ingests some of the Alstroemeria the oxalates can cause irritation and distress for the cat; the cat may become ill and need to vomit to eliminate the plant material.
