Sharlene, both of those purple/mauve photos are particularly lovely to me!

I see previously unnoticed blooms with every stroll through the garden, cooler nights are bringing some nice quality blooms and fragrance.

Zuzu, this morning I noticed some newly open blooms on Mary Rose and stuck my nose to one. I hadn't detected it with blooms earlier in the season, but that cloying cold cream smell hit me in the face this time! It turned my stomach, but thankfully Summer Romance is blooming nearby with a great classic rose scent to clear the yuck from my nose Hilarious!
"...and don't think the garden loses its ecstasy in winter. It's quiet, but the roots are down there riotous." Rumi
