I've never eaten berries or had juice from
American Beautyberry (Callicarpa americana) but I'd use a tea strainer to strain any bits of stems and seeds before drinking but that's just my preference because I prefer juice without pulp, etc. If tiny particles are consumed, I'd think they would pass through your system.
