Hi and welcome - since I wasn't sure if this was a begonia (I have one called Dragon's ..something) or what, I put "dragon's breath" into our Plant Database. Can you tell us which of these is the plant you're referring to? Just click on the link to each of them to see pictures.

Dragon's Breath (Strobilanthes sinuata 'Acanthus')

Leopard Plant (Ligularia przewalskii 'Dragon's Breath')

Tropical Hibiscus (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis 'Dragon's Breath') (well, I know it's not this one but it was interesting how many different plants had a cultivar called "Dragon's Breath" - there's a daylily and a few others as well)
