7:00 meeting tonight, so I had to eat early (early for me...dinner is usually at 8). The main plate was clams, steamed open with fresh oregano; some got chopped, some left whole, and later mixed in with linguini. The sauce -- butter and olive oil with some sautéed diced onion, the juices along with a nice spice mix: Old Bay, oregano, and hot pepper flakes. Finished with parmesan. Fast and yummy. (OH... had I had the lobsters handy I would have gladly eaten them. But I'm another one who didn't get that particular delivery. *smile*)
