Here are some closeup photos of the crassula's leaves. Sorry for the delay - extra shifts I tried to zero in on the leaves that look like they are folding, some of them almost resemble little mouths or something similar.
Besides the crassula, the elephant bush is a very interesting plant as well! It will be interesting to watch it grow. Probably need quite a large pot eventually and to overwinter inside from the sound of it.
