Mary, prior to the time change, you will be awarded your tickets at 5pm the night before (Seattle time)...meaning 5pm on Nov. 1.
On November 6, at 2am, the clocks are turned backward an hour. Since it occurs at 2am, just make sure your clocks are changed by mid-day and you should be set....but your new time will be at 4pm each evening (Seattle time).
