This weekend's game is a selfish one.
The prize is your choice of a few dust like seeds from the plant pictured below or 15 recently purchased commercial seeds for Zinnia 'Redman Supercactus.'
This plant grew in a container in 1/2 day shade, was less than 12 inches tall, and I forgot what it was.
In case I typed that too fast out of embarrassment, I will slow down and repeat myself. I forgot what it was.
I know I sowed it in very early spring, before the last frost, but it did not germinate until May, blooming fairly quickly after that and off and on until September.
I think it is relatively uncommon. It was delicate and rarely had more than 3-4 blossoms on any given branch at a particular time, but they were charming.
I almost forgot about it as it declined, but just rescued a few dust like seeds that I will share with the first person to remind me of what it is, if that is the prize you choose
I'll leave this one open indefinitely, even if I remember as soon as I post. I would hazard a guess as to genus, but I think I'll leave it to the photos.
