Yes Rita, I make that stuffed cabbage casserole a lot in the winter and it feeds me and my husband for several meals. You'll have plently to eat and leftovers and freeze some for later, too. It's very easy to make, cheap, and good. And if you use lean meat and tomatoes that aren't TOO salty, it's pretty healthy, too.

Tonight was baked salmon, parmesan potatoes, and roasted cherry tomatoes. (probably the last of the year from our garden). Also a red blend wine.
