My seedling is a very good performer as I have 4 large clumps in 4 years. Also 5 branches and 25+ buds but I have not done much with it and not considered registering.

So have you done much breeding using the miniature and small daylilies? If so, any bloom photos you can share with us?

We typically bloom seedlings at 2 years old. Our 2 year old seedling had a low percentage of blooming this year. Only 20-30% of 2 year old seedlings bloomed this year. This is the first crop to work with lots of my mini and small flowers and the low percentage that bloomed still leaves lots to see next year. I have seedlings from Colorado Blues, Little Blue Angel, Crystal Blue persuasion and small flowered seedlings that are on the watch list for the future. I kicked the mini program in high gear this year. I grow over 100 different named mini and small flowers and have a few thousand seeds with several hundred now growing. I should post pics on a seedling forum.
Still blooming in late Oct.

Dumortieri (this one had its first scape freeze in March and bloomed in April. Now 7.5 months later it is reblooming for the 3rd time.)

I know it is just an old species but has sentimental value brought to Oklahoma in 1889 by my great grandmother.
